So, got a new computer. iMac G5, 2.0 GHz, 20" screen, 250 GB drive, etc etc.. all kinds of goodness.

Now His Royal Steveness says Macs are switching to Intel. Of course, this isn't until 2006/2007, so my G5 will have a nice long life on my desk, and then be sold to contribute to my next Mac purchase.

I hit a deer on the highway a few weeks ago, and the MiniLex is being repaired. I'm likely going to trade it in on a VW though - so I need help and suggestions on which VW (Beetle, Golf, Jetta, Passat) to get. It'll be used, between 2001 and 2003, and cost under 20 grand.

I'll post photos of both shortly.
